B.C. Wildlife Park lights up Friday for the 18th annual Wildlights, the park’s biggest attraction of the year.
Wildlights gets underway at 5 p.m. and runs nightly until 9 p.m., Dec. 11-Jan. 3, with the exception of Christmas Day when it’s closed.
The event includes a dazzling array of LED light displays, the Home Hardware Family Farm, Holiday Maze, a laser light show and the Wildlife Express Miniature Train. As well, Uncle Chris the Clown will be on hand and Elf on the Shelf story times take place at 6 and 7 p.m., Dec. 11-13, 18-20 and 22-23.
For one night only, on Sunday, Dec. 13, the Tuba Christmas Kamloops ensemble will perform at 6 p.m. The ensemble also performs at 2 p.m. at the Woodward Christmas tree farm off Westsyde Road.
Last admission each night for Wildlights will be at 8:30 p.m.
