More than 300 car lovers checked out hot rods and classic cars on display at the Kamloops Street Rod Association's annual Chrome In The Grass Show at Prince Charles Park on Saturday.
Association president Trenton Moniuk confirmed that 125 custom vehicles took part in Saturday’s show. The public was welcome to the family friendly event that included vehicles from the '40s, '50s and newer, providing a trip down memory lane for many. For others, it was simply a chance to appreciate the love and care put into restoration by owners of the vehicles.
Money raised by the show goes to support the Children's Ward at Royal Inland Hospital.
