Rain dampens wildfire near Lytton

Some rain has helped damped the Cisco Road wildfire south of Lytton, with the Wildfire Management Branch reporting minimal activity today. But the Branch warned winds and warmer temperatures could stoke the fire again as a cold front moves through the region. The fire had grown to 1,500 hectares but is now estimated at 1,280.
